  No Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason other than product quality problems.

  Exchanges for Quality Issues: If a product you receive has a quality defect, you may request an exchange. All products cannot be changed unless they have verifiable quality issues.

How to Request an Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, follow these steps:

1.  Report Within 24 Hours: You must submit your exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)

2.  Review Process: We will evaluate your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the defective product and shipping your replacement.

3.  Exchange Conditions:

  The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless we determine otherwise.

  Exchanges depend on product availability. If an item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative solution (e.g., a different product or store credit).

Important Deadlines

  24-Hour Reporting Requirement: Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We will not accept applications for exchanges after this period, nor will we be legally responsible for the product once the 24-hour window has passed.

  Acceptance of Terms: By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy and the 24-hour reporting deadline.
