Shipping policy

Welcome to uNme Store! We aim to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your purchases, as well as your responsibilities as a customer.

General Shipping

  No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for all deliveries.

  Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages returned due to address errors.

Free Shipping

 Canada: Free ground shipping is available on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and discounts) across all provinces and territories.

•  USA: Free ground shipping is available on all orders over $400 CAD (before taxes and discounts).

  Heavy Items: Items exceeding a certain weight may not qualify for shipping or may require pickup at a local courier depot. A customer service representative will contact you if this applies.

  Automatic Application: If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be reflected automatically at checkout.

  Service Level: Free shipping is for ground service only. We may upgrade to a faster courier at our discretion if an equivalent option is available.

Order Tracking

  Tracking Number: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

•  Tracking Delay: Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipping.

  Carrier Responsibility: Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier handles delivery. We are not liable for carrier delays.

  Late Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us at unmestore25@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.

Turnaround

  Processing Time: Orders received by 12:00 PM EST Monday to Friday are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  Extended Delays: Processing may take up to 5-7 business days during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  Urgent Needs: If you need your order by a specific date, contact us at unmestore25@gmail.com to confirm delivery timing.

United States Of America (USA)

Please take note: Shipping outside of Canada may incur additional costs, including duties, taxes, and shipping fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We advise all customers to review their local customs regulations and tax policies before placing an international order to avoid any unexpected charges or delays. Completing your purchase means you agree with these terms and conditions.

  • Expedited Parcel - 5 to 11 business days
  • Standard Tracked Ground Shipping - 8 to 13 business days

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Damaged Product / Missing Items / Undelivered Order

If your order arrives damaged or if you are missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at unmestore25@gmail.com. We ask you to provide us with pictures of the damaged items and packaging or details of the missing items in order to start a claim. We will then either issue a refund or replace the damaged or missing products. Please keep the item(s) and their packaging in case they are required for the claim assessment.  Please note that if we do not receive a claim within 24 hours of receipt, we are not responsible for any damages or missing items.  

Once your order leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. If the arrival of your order has been delayed for over 7 business days please email us at unmestore25@gmail.com and we will contact the carrier to report a lost package.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

*The billing and shipping information must be the same on your order. If any issues arise a customer service representative will contact you to resolve it. Shipping time may vary on select online only & special order items. Orders received after 12pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on the following business day. Orders placed over the Holidays, special Promotional Events, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt our services extending the processing and shipping time.
